We've been providing web development - and nothing else - since 2001, including websites and back office systems for a number of clients. We put ease of use at the top of our priorities, and it shows. Where other systems require lots of training and detailed manuals, our systems just make sense the first time you use them. We know that because clients tell us how much easier ours is to use than their previous solution, and we find that once we've set them up, people usually just get started without our help.

We like to keep things simple with screens that aren't cluttered by unnecessary features and don't force you through long-winded processes. We strip everything back to what you need at that point, and we talk a lot amongst ourselves about what's really needed and how to make things more instantly clear. And of course we spend a lot of time talking to clients and users about what they need.
Simple pricing with no user licences
We don't know why anyone charges for user licences, and in fact we think it's a bit of a rip-off. It doesn't cost us anything to add a new user, so we don't charge for it - and we let you add your own users, without limits, instantly.
Getting started is easier too because our software is web-based, which means all you need is an internet browser. You don't need any additional software or hardware, there's no installation cost, and we don't charge extra for training (in our experience most people don't need any training, but we're here if you need us).
Our pricing is simple and we quote a single price for everything you need. Hosting and support fees are optional. We also include export options so you can always directly hold your own data and it's easy to switch to a new system later. And you can switch to third party developers to maintain your system in the future (although we're happy to say no-one ever has).

We're a small, specialist software company so we provide personal service and have a real connection and pride in our work. While we are very knowledgeable about web development, we speak in plain English and never try to talk over you with technical jargon. We like simplicity and we really do want to make the user experience as easy as possible.
At the same time, we have a very professional and systematic approach to our development process to make sure our systems are high quality and easy to use. We only use our own in-house web developers, which means we can easily customise your system and even offer a completely bespoke service.
