With Bluelinemedia recruitment software, you get to choose the level of customisation you need. We produce every system individually, so it's easy to make changes and add new features for your business, and you'll be surprised how little it costs. Just ask us for a quote.
We can also build completely bespoke recruitment software for unique purposes, whether for a large recruitment agency, online jobs board, 'middle man' recruitment services, or corporate in-house recruitment.
Free customisation
Every system is designed to match your corporate identity, by applying a logo and creating a unique colour scheme around your branding. We can also change specific elements like field options (although you'll be able to manage this yourself as well). We can usually make minor tweaks without extra cost.
What you can do yourself (free)
Once your system is live, you can add and manage your own users, edit field options like application stages, and manage the templates for the alerts that your clients and candidates receive. If you'd like to manage other features yourself, just ask us to customise your original system.
Paid customisation
We can provide any level of customisation, whether it's tweaking options and processes, or creating whole new features like CV parsing, client billing or third party recruiter access. Our systems are extremely easy to adapt, and we can also discount new features because they give us an extra module to sell to future customers.
Generating ideas
We know you won't necessarily think of everything upfront, so we have developed our process to encourage new ideas and make it easy to incorporate them into development. We produce a requirements document at the beginning of your project, which details exactly how your system will work and look, so that you can spot the areas that you'd like to be different. We also put your system online during development, so you and your staff can try it yourself, and come up with any changes or new features.
