Is there a limit on the number of records, e.g. candidates?
No, we do not apply any limit on candidates, clients, jobs, bookings or even users. You can add your own unlimited users and records within the system.
The only thing to consider is your hosting, which may need to be able to support a high level of bandwidth, for example if lots of CVs are being uploaded and downloaded. However, there is no limit on the software and you have complete control to add as many records and users as you like without any extra cost.
What are your terms and restrictions?
When we build your recruitment system, our default terms require you to use us for hosting and future support of that system (if you'd like different terms, we may be able to help subject to additional charges). There is no support contract and you can also export your data, so you'll never be tied to us.
If you choose the monthly option we have a minimum term of one year, but after that time you can leave whenever you like.

Are your systems secure?
Yes. Our systems are secured by username and password access, and access by specific users (such as candidates) is restricted. Your admin user will be responsible for all accounts and can instantly suspend access. We can also include SSL security certification and apply restrictions on off-site access if you'd like.

How does the monthly payment work?
Our monthly payment option lets you reduce the initial costs of your system (available only on systems up to £6000). You get exactly the same system but you pay a monthly fee (in advance) to access your software. We require a minimum term of one year but after that time you have no obligation and can walk away any time you like.
You can also buy your system later for a 'release fee' equal to 12 months payments. To work out your monthly fee, simply add up the cost of the features you want and divide the total by 20, and add our hosting... Read More
What are the next steps?
Just choose your features or get us to provide a tailored quote for your needs. Once you decide to go ahead, we take a 25% deposit and ask you to sign our terms and conditions. Or if you're paying monthly, the deposit is 3 months payments.
We have a requirements phase before your project to tie down exact specifications before we start live development, and we'll then provide an online system for you to use so you can tell us about any changes or additional needs.
