Are your systems secure?
Yes. Our systems are secured by username and password access, and access by specific users (such as candidates) is restricted. Your admin user will be responsible for all accounts and can instantly suspend access. We can also include SSL security certification and apply restrictions on off-site access if you'd like.
Web-based software is more secure than traditional software, because it's not reliant on individual computers or the need to back up locally. Our hosting is secure and backed up daily to multiple sites, so your information is safe with us. You can't lose the system because whatever happens in your office or with your employees, your system will still be online, accessible from any computer.
Generally the greatest security risk comes from access details being accidentally or deliberately provided to someone else, so you and your staff will need to keep your access details private. We would not recommend storing sensitive information such as bank details online.
