Web-based recruitment software means your system will be more familiar and easier to use so you'll save money on both support and training. You don't have to pay us a support or maintenance fee, you only pay for new work beyond your original requirements, and we pride ourselves on our personal, reliable and expert service.
Hosting: £20 or £100 + VAT per month
We have two hosting options for web-based recruitment software:
- Standard hosting with 200mb disk space and 5gb bandwidth per month. Ideal for small agencies. £200 + VAT per year or £20 + VAT per month.
- Premium hosting on a virtual private server with 10gb disk space and 100gb bandwidth per month, plus 24/7 monitoring and daily backups. Recommended for medium and large agencies (higher options available). £100 + VAT per month.
Bugs and fixes: FREE
Any problems with the original system due to our work will be fixed free and quickly. They don't happen often, but if they do we can access your system and make fixes over the internet, so it's quick and hassle-free.
Training and support: FREE
Your new software will use familiar website functions and simple screens and processes, so we know you'll find it easy to use and save time training existing and new staff. On top of this, we give you free phone support during development and for three months after launch, after which we offer unlimited free email support for as long as you use the system.
Changing fields and users: FREE
You can add and manage your own users, customise the field options (e.g. source of new candidates and application stages), and edit your own alert templates so you can control communication with clients and candidates. All of this control is instant and completely free. And we can let you manage even more features directly by customising your initial system.
Future new features: you decide
We use web standards, so it's extremely easy to adapt and grow your system as your needs change. Plus we can make changes over the internet, which saves time and money. If you want new features or changes, we will always quote upfront where we can, and we'll never carry out any paid work without your authorisation. For smaller changes, you can opt for our hourly rate.
