Our systems give you the best of both worlds by combining existing recruitment features with low-cost customisation. We have a number of defined and very easy-to-use features that we can provide at a low cost because we've built them before.
But if you need something different or even completely bespoke, we can produce that for you too. We take a fresh approach to every project, spending time not just on development but also on finding out how your agency works and what solution is best for you.

Web-based technology
We only provide web development, and we specialise in online systems that utilise incredibly flexible technology to provide something that's easier for everyone. Most people are familiar with how websites work, so our approach means your staff and other users can just use the system quickly and instinctively, with little or no training.
Web-based software also means there are no software or hardware installation costs, and it can be accessed from any internet-connected computer in the world. Our code and testing ensure your system is accessible using different browsers, operating systems, screen settings, and even from mobile devices.
Our programming
Your system will be built using PHP and MySQL, with all code developed from scratch by our own employed developers. We use standard web technologies like XHTML and CSS for the presentation and styling of your pages, and if necessary Ajax and Flash for more advanced user functions. When integrating with third party systems we generally use XML, and we let you import and export your data in the universal CSV format.
